For a healthy gut, less bloating, better skin health, and good digestion/bowel movements, you need to consume fermented foods and prebiotics at least three times a week. The easiest source of probiotics is plain yogurt. Buy actual yogurt, take it with a prebiotic like ground flaxseed, tiger nut powder, or bananas. My easiest way to get both probiotics and prebiotics at once is mixing my Nutri blend into Admiral-A unsweetened yogurt. Someone somewhere has probably gone a month without consuming any fermented foods and is complaining of digestive issues, poor skin health, and constant constipation. Dey play🙂 When did you last take your probiotics and prebiotics?

The doors of Parliament are open. So are the books. For too long, Nigerians have asked one question: "What exactly does the House of Representatives do?" At the 3rd National Assembly Open Week, we are answering that question with facts, figures, and full transparency.

The Prophet ﷺ also encouraged kindness and patience between spouses, saying: "The best of you are those who are best to their wives." (Jami' al-Tirmidhi) No marriage is completely free of disagreements. What often makes a marriage successful is not the absence of conflict, but how both spouses handle it—with patience, respect, forgiveness, and a willingness to preserve the relationship. Āmīn. May Allah bless every marriage with love, mercy, patience, and tranquility, and grant spouses the wisdom to resolve their differences in the best manner. 🤲❤️

"40 Years of Marriage Without a Single Argument" 🤍 When Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal's wife passed away, he said: «"By Allah, I lived with her for 40 years, and we never had a single argument."» Someone asked him, "How was that possible?" He replied: «"Whenever she became upset and wanted to argue, I remained calm. And whenever I became upset and wanted to argue, she remained calm."» A successful marriage isn't about two people who never disagree—it's about two people who choose patience, mercy, and understanding over anger. Sometimes, the greatest victory is not winning an argument but protecting the peace and love between husband and wife. May Allah bless every marriage with patience, mercy, tranquility, and lasting love. Ameen. 🤲❤️

If you ask ALLAH for something regarding marriage, ask Him for a husband who is a monotheist (Muwahhid), steadfast in the Sunnah, who maintains the affection, nurtures the family, is gentle during disputes, easygoing when it comes to understanding, obedient to ALLAH, and firm in speaking the truth.

In kina neman karshen mara hankali toh ki samu bakano. But the funny thing is they happen to have good women there, but the men? Misogyny is a spectrum and they are on the farthest end of it. All the bad characters sef you are looking for you will find it in a Kano man. Tab

It doesn’t take too long for you to kno someone you can be with someone for 100yrs but you’ll never kno their true character until you live with them under the same roof. But still it doesn’t take long to kno a person, from the way a person speaks, that’ll even tell you whom that person is.

In Loving Memory of a Towering Statesman: A Tribute to Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR (December 17, 1942 – July 13, 2025) One year ago today, a profound silence fell over Nigeria as the news arrived from London that our former leader, General Muhammadu Buhari, had breathed his last. Today, as national flags fly in the hearts of millions who admired him, we look back not just with the grief of his departure, but with immense gratitude for a life entirely consumed by national service. Muhammadu Buhari was a man whose personal story was deeply woven into the very fabric of modern Nigeria. From his early youth as a dedicated soldier to his tenure as a military Head of State, and finally as a two-term democratically elected civilian President, his commitment to the Federal Republic never wavered. He remains one of only two rare leaders in our history to have steered the ship of state in both a military and democratic era. To many, "Baba" was a symbol of discipline, modesty, and rare simplicity. In a political landscape often dominated by excess, he stood out as an anchor of incorruptibility. His life operated under an unmistakable code: integrity was not a political calculation; it was his character. Public office, to him, was a sacred trust, and he managed it with an unyielding sense of accountability. We remember his famous declaration, "I belong to everybody and I belong to nobody," a testament to his desire to see a united, fair, and secure Nigeria. Whether through his rigorous efforts against insurgency, his massive investments in national infrastructure, or his passion for the ordinary citizen, he gave the nation the very best of himself. Though public views on any great leader will naturally differ, history will permanently reserve a dignified place for Muhammadu Buhari. He taught us that national transformation begins with personal responsibility and that true honour lies in serving humanity with an upright heart. One year later, his physical presence is gone, but the footprints he left in the sands of Daura and across the 36 states of Nigeria remain indelible. May Almighty Allah (SWT) forgive his shortcomings, accept his good deeds, expand his grave with light, and grant him the highest place in Jannatul Firdaus. Ameen. Baba You are forever remembered, and forever honored.

I am telling you. People are built differently, gaskiya. As for me, I can’t even think about it. To date someone because of their monies. Or, to expect a benefit from their monies in form of what? Qaalu innalillahi! Allah Ya tsare mu mutuwar zuciya.
Yusuf Dauran@usouph

That’s how it should be. I used to be shocked whenever conversations about men who date girls with rich parents came up, in my head iam always like, as a man why is ur heart dead like that? till a very close one highlighted similar interests. People are just built different ne 😀

@jannaSmalami "A man from Kano that I met recently, don't like emotional mature woman like myself. He prefers an underage wawiya. To cook, clean, give birth and co-habit." I believe you are an educated person, write & represent facts as there are. Generalisation is a trait of an illiterate.
