@Jur3ky I sat there for years wanting to kill myself. If you want to make a change you have to make the change and ‘trying to get a 6 pack’ won’t magically cure your depression but it will send you in the right direction. 3 more months of that sort of grind and believe me, no sadness

@Jur3ky But it forced me to make friends and boosted my confidence immensely. If you are depressed and reading this please please get up soon and go to the gym or run or anything. No one is going to help you but yourself, and it’s no way to live when life can be so much better.
