11 months ago, Cameron Young needed to survive a 5-man playoff just to get through U.S. Open Final Qualifying. Now, he’s very clearly one of the top 5 players in the world. What a turnaround.

More than 4 months have passed since the Fifth Circuit heard oral arguments in my case on December 3, 2025. While I respect the Court’s deliberative process, the prolonged delay in issuing a decision is concerning—not only for me as the whistleblower who stepped forward at great personal cost, but for the people whose trust in our public health institutions and pharmaceutical oversight hangs in the balance. I came forward in 2020 after witnessing serious protocol violations, data integrity issues, and safety concerns during Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine clinical trial. I reported these problems to the FDA and was terminated the same day. What I observed raised fundamental questions about the integrity of the process that led to widespread government authorization and procurement of the product—issues that go to the heart of the False Claims Act’s purpose: protecting taxpayer dollars & public safety from fraud. This is not just my case. It is about accountability in the most significant public health efforts in history. The public deserves transparency and timely justice. Other cases argued in the same period or shortly after have received decisions, yet this one—carrying profound implications for clinical trial standards, government contracting, conspiracies, coverups and whistleblower protections remains unresolved. I urge the Fifth Circuit to issue its opinion without further delay. The evidence presented and the arguments heard deserve a clear ruling so that critical questions about fraud, government knowledge, and corporate responsibility can be addressed. I remain committed to pursuing this fight (and others) for as long as necessary, on behalf of every patient, taxpayer, and future participant in clinical trials who expects & deserves honesty and rigor in the development of medical products. That argument falls apart the second you separate what’s actually “experimental” from what’s already established clinical practice. DFPA isn’t fringe. It’s been used for decades in regulated hospital settings, especially in Japan and Europe, for autoimmune polyneuropathies, myasthenia gravis, antibody-mediated disease. This isn’t theoretical. It’s standard practice. The mechanism is clear; remove pathogenic proteins, immune complexes, abnormal plasma fractions. That’s not up for debate. What they’re ignoring is obvious. A huge proportion of Long COVID and vaccine-injured patients present with polyneuropathy, dysautonomia, immune-mediated pathology. That’s not a new disease class. That overlaps directly with conditions already treated using DFPA. So applying it here isn’t “experimental” in the way they’re trying to frame it, it’s a logical extension based on shared pathology. Same story with SGF. Growth factor biology isn’t new. Mesenchymal / neural crest–derived signaling for tissue repair, neuroprotection, immune modulation; there’s a deep literature there. You can argue about formulation specifics, but not the underlying biology. So calling the whole thing “unproven and experimental” is a lazy, amateurish attempt at trying to sound scientific. What it actually is: 1. established extracorporeal filtration (DFPA) 2. combined with biologically plausible regenerative signaling (SGF) 3. applied to a patient group showing the same pathology as conditions already treated this way That’s translational medicine, not guesswork. Your slop response in academic terms, is the kind of position that signals conceptual incompetence: substituting rigid adherence to hierarchy of evidence for actual understanding, and mistaking that rigidity for rigor, while relying on an AI prompt to do your thinking. And finally to hammer the point home: if you’re seeing removal of pathological plasma components correlate with symptom relief and biomarker shifts, dismissing it because it’s not wrapped in a large RCT isn’t scientific rigor. It’s sloppy thinking. It’s hiding behind guidelines while patients suffer. It’s restrictive, risk-averse behavior dressed up as caution, and in cases like this it crosses into something much worse. It's the pinnacle of moral and ethical turpitude to deny mechanistically sound intervention in the face of clear pathology and ongoing harm.

My interview with @MaryBowdenMD and @KevinMcCairnPhD explaining what ive endured during my injury the Study protocol and some of the results of the patients :) PLEASE bookmark and share with friends and family its so far the only treatment that’s available first of its kind and it’s ACTUALLY working and giving people some functionality and quality of life back in their lives when we’ve suffered for so long the end goal: we must make the govt see us and hear us so it can be rolled out to trial in each country and then funded by govt and big pharma if you stand in my way of this treatment or helping any of the injured i will show no mercy like you have shown me i will not stop until I know that no one else especially children will never ever end up like me ~Nurse Lyndsey

Robert Benson was vaccine-injured from the Covid vaccine and long Covid, bedridden/housebound for 4 yrs. Below is his newest update on his incredible progress, after 3 treatments w Dr. Kevin McCairn's DFPP (dual-filtration plasma apheresis to filter the blood, plus stem-cell growth factors. And he's getting a 4th. "All the symptoms have improved," he says. "I feel like I need to reconnect my brain by improving habits. I can run, but can I play catch? My problem solving, math…..know what I mean? I had 998 unanswered voicemails. Now I clear them out every day. "I used to get out of bed at 2 pm, now 5 am and go for a run. The vertigo. The dread of getting up. Answering a call. The door. Even a text. Gone. "Mood. I want to do things. I don’t fight it. My wife and I do things all day long. Together. I used to lie in bed while she managed her life around me. "I do things from 5 am until 9 pm. I did nothing for 4 years. "I'm man recovered now. It was stupid. I do run about 1.5 miles a day now. Trying to lose weight. I bought a jacket. I bought shoes for first time in 5 years. Thinking about the future not the end. "My issues are related to bad habits. I'm scared of mail. I brought 3 months of mail to Japan. I ignore bills. "I resent friends and family that doubted me. I need to go back out in society and get my life back put things behind me. Now I'm great. I'm hungry. I eat food. I want to exercise. I want to enjoy life, a lot of this is so mental. The deep dark depression is gone. "I had my 3rd [treatment and] looking to my 4th Keith Richard's therapy [what Robert calls Dr. McCairn's treatments.] I want the amyloids gone from my blood, brain and heart. They can only do that here. "Not many in healthcare in America care about us. Not the CDC, Fauci, Trump, RFK, CDC, Makary, Bhattacharya. I like some of those guys, but a lot of people will be dead before they do anything. Make sure you print that. Children are sick and injured, dying and they won’t help us. "The treatment is uncomfortable. Very little pain for me. One day out it’s barely noticeable. The first time is horrifying. You leave with a Band-Aid, removed 24 hours later at home, no stitches." Robert says: "I forgive the haters." To recap about the procedure: DFPP takes a few hours. The catheter is inserted into the jugular vein; hence its Dracula method moniker. DFPP removes spike protein & amyloid clots in long Covid & long vax. The critical factor for success: multiple treatments all at once. That's why after DFPP comes the infusion of stem cell growth factors (from an established cell line) to inhibit future amyloid clots & prevent prions, the technical term for the misfolding of proteins. Test-tube studies have shown that stem cell growth factors can inhibit *future* micro clots. It's not known yet if this will be a cure, or a treatment for long Covid and long vax. Dr. McCairn theorizes that these micro clots may be part of the constellation of symptoms of ME/CFS as well, so it may work for ME as well. After 3 treatments, Robert & his wife are having fun: x.com/robert65968/st… @KevinMcCairnPhD @MaryBowdenMD @HouseLyndseyRN @exosome @robert65968 @ChrisWillx @janiesaysyay @chrisca70578779 @ChrisCuomo @AliceOutThere @DrJBhattacharya #longcovid #Covidvaccine @norhinosn16 @danaparish @AnthonyFredaArt @JCPEREZCODEX 📘No paywall, no sponsors—just reporting. So far the results are long-term, we have had no relapses yet, patients are often taking SGF treatment back from Japan to maintain treatment efficacy. But initial results look good, even one of our most complex patients, who had significant CNS damage, wrote to me today after their recent return back to the US, saying that they have made significant recovery. They are now able to leave the house and are now capable of driving again, after years of disability. The combination of route of filtration (targeting brain/CNS outflow), combination filters for autoantibodies, and the daily large dose SGF, just comes together in a very synergistic way. This is measurable as removal of amyloidogenic aggregates and normalization of cytokine panels. The response in patients is immediate, as we see with Ken. Of course there is always more work to be done, but right now, I would say we have the most efficacious therapy out there for Long Covid and Vaccine Injury. Lyndsey arrives this week, and we can all track how she does through the treatment program.

True bench to bedside work. Kevin was talking about the amyloidosis risk nearly 5 years ago. Many people mocked him. Now its seems like they may have the only method to really rid of these things.

One of my injured patients is in Japan getting treatment. He emailed: “I am going full throttle on legal. I am so angry at these people. They are not going to sweep this under the rug. There is going to be hell to pay for this.  I am smart and driven and have conviction. My story is unbelievable.” I’m going to help him sue Houston Methodist when he recovers. Here’s @KevinMcCairnPhD explaining the treatment:
