Categorically false. Support is NOT always available when ppl need it. Every day I see people in the ED who would benefit from outpatient counselling and psychiatric services who simply cannot get access to such help. Wait lists are months-yrs long. This needs to change.

There is no real ask; more of a tell. Time to shift this conversation from crowding as an inconvenience to crowding as a granny-killing machine. There always was a moral imperative to fix crowding but the stakes just got a lot higher.
