七月，交易所BD的生存图鉴 七月。几家交易所接连倒闭的消息传来，BD群里突然热闹了起来。 大家开始在群里互相抛自家的条件待遇——他80，她85，后面直接喊到95。数字越来越高，群内却渐渐又陷入了死寂般的沉默。 像路亚佬甩出的一竿竿无饵直杆，抛进了无声的大海。没有鱼咬钩，连水花都没有。 加入Bybit正好一年了。 说实话，认识我的朋友都知道之前我就是个纯纯的散户，天天盯盘看K线那种。社恐，不爱喝酒，不爱应酬，能发微信绝不打电话，能打字绝不发语音。你让我去跟一个陌生KOL套近乎？我连想想都觉得窒息。 前三个月，惨。 代理渠道下的新增用户、交易量，几乎每周都踩在考核线的边缘。开会的时候看着别人的数据，再看看自己的，那种感觉——就像班里垫底的学生被点名起来念成绩。我不是没努力，是真不知道该往哪使劲。 但社恐有社恐的活法。 我不会在饭局上跟人称兄道弟，但我会一个个去翻同行的频道、拆他们的推广路径、研究他们怎么跟KOL搭话。别人靠酒桌建立的信任，我靠凌晨两点秒回消息、靠帮代理一条条解决提现问题、靠每次承诺的事情从不掉链子。 笨办法，但有用。 第四个月，有个代理跟我说："你这人话不多，但靠谱。"那周他把另外两个渠道也转给了我。第5 6 7个月，单月交易量爆了——不是因为我突然变得能说会道，而是之前默默种下的东西，终于开始长出来了，来自迪拜和越南的几个超高净值的大哥支撑了我业绩的70% 也许不善言辞的人，洞察力反而更尖锐。你不忙着表达的时候，耳朵是打开的，眼睛是打开的。你能听到客户话里面没说出口的东西，你能看到数据背后别人忽略的趋势。 ────── 但现实就是残酷的。 最近几个月衍生品缩量，现货萎靡，全行业交易量下滑。300多个BD群内都能清晰感受到：流动性在收缩，新增用户在减少，KOL的报价在涨而效果在降。你给的越多，留下的越少。 为了找增量，各家开始拼命拓新业务线——RWA、美股代币化、各国股票市场的敞口。Bybit上了长鑫存储、阿里巴巴、可口可乐、热门股票合约。bn ok bg也分别抢占这个赛道，行业不再是单一的加密衍生品赌场，而是在往更广阔的基础设施金融平台转型。 而BD，恰恰是这个转型里不可或缺的齿轮。 ────── 可齿轮的生存状况呢？ 两百多快三百人的BD群。在职的、离职的、求职的、一人多职的，全挤在一起。每天在群里交汇各家信息：哪家的campaign可以撸了，谁的量化策略最近不错，哪个二线所又拖佣金了。 像币圈的横店——等活的、派活的、演主角的、跑龙套的，都挤在同一个广场上晒太阳。 有人把commission喊到95%还是签不下人。有人靠一个核心KOL一个月出三千个FTD。有人三个月没开单开始怀疑人生。有人手上十几个代理，每一个都在问"还能再高吗"。 ────── 熊市下BD的价值到底是什么？ 不是你能给多少返佣，那只是门槛。95%和85%之间的差距，远没有"这个人靠不靠谱"来得重要。 真正的价值是—— 发掘渠道的眼光。 别人还在扫YouTube评论区的时候，你已经在TradFi社群里找到了下一个增长点。 解决问题的速度。 KOL凌晨三点发消息说用户出金有问题，你五分钟内能协调到对的人。 与时俱进的嗅觉。 上个月还在推合约教学，这个月已经在帮KOL理解股票财报季怎么带单。 和人建立信任的能力。 不是一顿饭一杯酒，是长期稳定的回应、不掉链子的执行、以及关键时刻你站出来替他扛事。 熊市不杀BD，熊市杀的是只会喊数字的BD。 那些沉默进大海的无饵直杆，终究钓不上鱼。而真正能活下来的人，从来不是鱼竿最多的那个——是知道鱼在哪里、知道用什么饵、并且愿意在岸边耐心等天亮的那个。 愿我所有的同行穿越周期成为更好的自己 共勉
