@bado_west @RoyalDickie @RoyalAustMint That’s a UK Florin (Tenth of a Shilling) 92.5 silver. The date is in Roman numerals on the side with Queen Victoria but sometime between 1851-1887

@MotionlessLau My best guess is age related toning (exposure to light/chemicals) I’m not expert on UK coinage, but I do know A LOT of £2 are faked. The queens portrait looks a little iffy. Wouldn’t hurt to compare it against other coins Still, it’s interesting and good job for noticing it!

Hey are there any hardcore coin collectors that could tell me if this is worth anything? It’s such a strange £2 coin like both the inner and outer circle are yellow and it’s also slightly not in the centre I’m wondering if it’s all like a design error?
