The other angle that works crazy well is catching businesses right when they launch, before they even get to the point of asking for help. New businesses always need a site, marketing, all of it, and nobody’s pitched them yet. Been finding them with fisherleads and reaching out day one

One of the fastest ways to land your first international client is to go where they are asking for help publicly.
Go to Reddit. Search your niche plus the words "looking for" or "recommendations for" or "need help with."
Subreddits like r/entrepreneur, r/smallbusiness, r/ecommerce and r/startups have founders asking for exactly the kind of support you provide. That is a warm lead. Respond helpfully first. Pitch second.
