The results of my subpoena of Congress’s sexual harassment slush fund are in.
Nine members. One thousand pages.
All records prior to 2004 were destroyed - which tells you everything you need to know about how long this has been buried.
We are reviewing every page. We will name all nine. We will release the full 1,000 pages - once we confirm that personally identifiable information of victims and witnesses has been properly redacted.
Accountability is not a threat. It is a promise.

Breaking: Ed Gallrein (Thomas Massie’s opponent) has received government benefits for claiming to be 100% physically disabled, while also claiming to do demanding full-time farm work on his family’s operation.
Gallrein received two PPP loans during COVID, including one used to pay himself for farm work. His campaign frequently shares photos and stories highlighting his supposed active involvement in farm labor. On the Bill Cunningham Show, he cited “farm work to do” as the reason for skipping a debate with Massie.
Real full-time farm work is physically demanding and inconsistent with what most people would expect from someone receiving full disability benefits. This raises serious questions about consistency, transparency, and accountability—especially amid growing scrutiny of disability and Medicaid fraud nationwide. If elected to Congress, how does Mr. Gallrein plan to address these issues?
My initial documentation includes an affidavit signed by Gallrein stating he is 100% disabled and qualifying for special property tax rates.
I submitted the following questions to the Gallrein campaign:
- Given that farm work is physically demanding, I would like to understand the nature of Mr. Gallrein’s disability. Is it physical, mental, or both?
- If the disability is physical, how is Mr. Gallrein able to perform the demanding tasks associated with operating a farm? Alternatively, has the campaign overstated his day-to-day involvement in farm operations?
- If the 100% disability rating stems from a mental health condition, how would this affect his ability to serve effectively in Congress? Members of Congress routinely face high-pressure situations, intense media scrutiny, and debates. Would such a condition impact his capacity to represent constituents under these circumstances?
- Has Mr. Gallrein’s disability played a role in his decision to cancel appearances at several Lincoln Day dinners? Has it also factored into the campaign’s decision not to participate in a debate or forum with Congressman Massie?
The campaign responded that his rating is “100% physical—physical only,” but that he works the farm anyway “because in Kentucky, that’s what you do when there’s work to be done.”
This response still leaves important questions unanswered about how a 100% physical disability squares with the manual labor he publicly claims to perform.

So is the DOJ going to arrest members of congress for insider trading? Because if not this seems awfully hypocritical. Just saying.
Bill Melugin@BillMelugin_
BREAKING: DOJ announces it has arrested a US Special Forces soldier who took part in the raid that captured Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Maduro after the soldier allegedly pocketed $400,000 by betting more than $30,000 on Maduro’s removal on Polymarket. Name: GANNON KEN VAN DYKE

This is the most disturbing thing I have ever heard on my show...
Former Congressman George Santos tells me that the House of Representatives had to SHUT DOWN the High School Page Program because Congressmen were sexually abusing young students.
"Remember why the U.S. House of Representatives no longer has the page program — because young children, who would go from their schools to learn from our leaders, were literally ASSAULTED by members of Congress! And these are 13, 14, 15, year-olds.”
"This is the beginning of the END of the sexual predator behavior in Capitol Hill. This is going to be the Harvey Weinsteins of the Bill Cosbys that are going to bring down this GENERATIONAL behavior."
Congress has harbored a sick predator culture for far too long.
Eric Swalwell is just the beginning. More will be exposed.
It’s time to finally clean house in Washington.

My joint statement with @LeaderJohnThune on DHS funding:
We appreciate and share the President’s determination to once and for all bring an end to the Democrat DHS shutdown.
In the coming days, Republicans in the Senate and House will be following through on the President’s directive by fully funding the entire Department of Homeland Security on two parallel tracks: through the appropriations process and through the reconciliation process.
We appreciate that Senator Graham and the Senate Budget Committee have already initiated the process of developing a budget resolution that will ensure border security and immigration enforcement will be funded for the balance of the Trump Administration and insulated from future attempts by the Democrats to defund those agencies.
We operated under a belief that while our country is in the midst of an international armed conflict, Democrats might finally come to their senses and understand that defunding our homeland security agencies is beyond reckless and very dangerous. While we hoped they would accept the 60-day CR to fund the Department entirely so that bipartisan negotiations could continue, it is now abundantly clear that Democrats place allegiance to their radical left-wing base above all else — including their own power of the purse — which means open borders and protecting criminal illegal aliens. That is not acceptable to Republicans in Congress, nor is it to the American people. We cannot allow Democrats to any longer put the safety of the American public at risk through their open border policies, so we are taking that off the table.
In following this two-track approach, the Republican Congress will fully reopen the Department, make sure all federal workers are paid, and specifically fund immigration enforcement and border security for the next three years so that those law-enforcement activities can continue uninhibited. In return, Democrats will once again demonstrate to the American people their support for open borders and keeping criminal illegal immigrants in America.

@ChrisWiest11 Judge Shepherd is nothing but a crook here in Franklin County! Needs to go!
English

KY Constitution Sec 109: “The impeachment powers of the General Assembly shall remain inviolate.”
Phil Shepherd: “remain inviolate” is close enough to “be violated [by me!],” so you know, let me defy 200 years of history and precedent because I like the result I am reaching.
Frankly, the General Assembly should impeach Shepherd for this. Because if they let the judiciary render hollow this critical check and balance you don’t deserve to hold office.
This is of the same ilk of behavior as Judge Goodman.

@KYGOP @SenMcConnell No this Franklin the turtle has done absolutely nothing for Kentucky! He’s enriched himself that’s it! And I’m a Republican and I do not support this! Glad he’s getting out finally only took his health to deteriorate to finally decide oh I need to retire!
English

.@SenMcConnell has been a steadfast champion for Kentucky. His impact will be felt long after he leaves office. As one of the most important elected officials in our Commonwealth’s history, a statue honoring his service is a fitting tribute to his legacy.

it hasn't sunk in for most people. we already live in a post-scarcity society. UBI is already here.
basic package: disability, medicaid, food stamps etc
bonus package: literally getting paid for staying at home and hanging out with your relatives
extra bonus: if you are willing to commit fraud, pretend your kids are autistic and get paid for that. get paid for watching your neighbor's kid. pretend you are taking care of your grandma. fake hospice clinic. fake rehab clinic. fake therapy clinic.
giga bonus: during a time of crisis take advantage of PPP or CARES and open a fake business and get paid for existing
people are shocked when they learn that defense is the FIFTH largest line item in the budget. ahead of defense: social security ($1.6T), interest on debt ($1.1T) medicare ($1T), medicaid + ACA ($1T), AND THEN defense ($0.9T)
complain about defense all you like, but healthcare fraud is a way bigger factor. hundreds of billions per year.
this is only going to get worse, because the fraud is a structural part of the system – payouts to client groups in exchange for votes (normally D).
in the US, only 47% of the population actually works (fully 14% of the population is working age and does not work). retirees are 18% and children 22%.
the system I described above subsidizes 50m non-working people absolute minimum, but really it's far more because people that are paid to stay home and take care of their relatives are considered "workers"
of that 47% of "actual workers" maybe one third does real work, the rest are shuffling papers around or doing fake email jobs. so you have, rough math, 50 million actual workers supporting 300 million dependents. that's the nature of the economy today. it will only accelerate. eventually you will have 10 million using AI tools to do all the work and 340 million dependents.
the reason no one roots out the fraud is because it's the system that keeps our extremely fragile polity intact. the fraud is the UBI. the purpose of the system is what it does.
of course, it's a deeply unfair system, because you are allowed to commit fraud if you are a politically protected client group of the democrats. DOGE was killed faster than any government program ever, because it attempted to root out the fraud. if you are honest and unwilling to commit fraud, you are a huge loser in this system. your neighbor will have their mortgage subsidized by some government program. they will get favorable SBA loans due to DEI. they will open a fake hospice or autism clinic. they will get paid for taking care of their neighbor's kid and vice versa. the primary skill in the labor market is learning how to extract money from state and federal government programs, not gaining skills or making yourself employable. if you are just trying to work an ordinary wagie job you are a huge sucker. you are paying 40-50% effective all in taxes to everyone else who is a net taker.
the sad part is because AI is such a substantial productivity boost, it will actually keep this system going for a while longer, and maybe in perpetuity. AI boosts the 15% of the population that is actually productive so much that the remaining 85% can coast by. no one in charge will change this because they can't think of anything else. the political costs of a real UBI program are too great and we don't have the money for it anyway. so we will keep this covert fraud-based UBI program running indefinitely. unfortunately, if you are an honest wagie, you lose.

@RepLuna And yet nothing will come of it republicans tuck their tails and turn their eyes and yet we get nothing from it! Only thing democrats do is they go after people and make results happen or have charges, unfortunately I’m a republican and I’m ashamed of the scaredness!

With the latest revelations from ODNI we now know the truth: Democrats never wanted to stop the war in Ukraine because they have been using the war as a money laundering scheme to kick back billions in American tax dollars to fund their operations.
This may be the greatest, most corrupt scandal in American history.
