I’m probably one of the only people that entered quite literally hundreds of tournaments for both games, so bits aside I’ll say this:
Melee and Ultimate at top level are both extremely difficult.
Melee might have generally higher APM, but Ultimate has so much jank across 86 matchups that it requires an insane amount of dedication to learn and master as well.
Melee requires you to L-cancel all aerials and to wavedash, no exceptions.
Ultimate requires you to fight Steve.
TLDR: both these games require suffering

I like to think that humans in Pokemon just evolve at age 10. Like they stay as toddlers till they reach age 10 or 11 than instantly become an actual tween/teen then at age 18 instantly become an adult.

Bloomberg is reporting Nintendo is cutting production of the Switch 2 by 30% because of weak US sales. But as many have said on my previous post, some have doubts about the validity of the story based on their track record on Nintendo.

The 2D sprites actually DIDN'T miss this detail. The Gen 5 sprites are meant to mimmick Gen 1 style of Pokemon in their natural habitat. Purloin lore says when it sees a victim it pretends to be cute or like a normal cat to steal or run off with it's victim loot. It's the 3D games that miss out on this detail.
