Chilling On Cardano $Ada

Anon operators behind ANJOUAN are making $20-30m a year 1,300 crypto casinos are licensed there - a tiny island most people have never heard of GAMDOM, RAINBET, BC.GAME + many more their own government has said the entities issuing these licenses are fictitious / unauthorized bodies no dispute handling. no player protection. and when the ABC investigated, the people behind it started deleting their online presence within hours casinos pay $15–20k a year for a badge that has no real legal basis if this license means nothing… who protects players when casinos don’t pay?

Allegedly and in my opinion Anjouan is one of the most questionable “rubber-stamp” licenses in iGaming right now. Major casinos like Rainbet, BC Game, and Gamdom are often cited as operating under it and the license only costs around €15K/year. The concern? Based on public information and user experiences, this setup appears to offer limited regulatory oversight, minimal player protection, and unclear enforcement mechanisms. Just take a look at the volume of 1 star reviews on Trustpilot. A common pattern reported by users: Win → withdrawal issues → little to no resolution. Now, to be fair, not every case is the same but the volume of complaints raises serious questions. From what’s publicly available: •Dispute resolution processes appear unclear •Player protection frameworks seem limited •Enforcement actions are not transparent Players are often told to contact the regulator. But some reports suggest the response is along the lines of: they don’t handle individual disputes. So where does that leave the player? In many cases stuck. There are widespread claims of players being unable to access significant balances, sometimes in the thousands. Meanwhile: Casinos continue operating Fees continue being collected And accountability remains…unclear Following an investigation by ABC, users noticed Anjouan reduced public engagement, disabled the comments and made significant changes to their online presence. Additionally, there are statements circulating that question whether certain entities involved are officially recognized, which adds another layer of concern. Do your own research and don’t blindly deposit on these casinos. Also if you’re playing on sites under this license, it’s worth understanding what protections you may or may not actually have. Credits to my boy @coinbetscom for bringing more attention to this. iGaming will change for the better shortly, one step at a time. Kind regards.
