White very competent teacher in South Africa didn’t get hired just because he is White. They instead hired a Black, unqualified teacher just because he was Black.
South Africa often discriminates against the White minority population. We should remember that this sort of discrimination can happen anywhere, especially if Whites become a minority.

South Africa is arguably the most openly racist regime in the world. Through all the complaints about apartheid, as soon as they gained power, they have made it a point to dehumanize White South Africans.
From stuff like this, to openly singing "Kill the Boer" and saying it's just a song and not a call to arms. Their government exists to punish White people. 100% of funding and aid to SA needs to be shut off and the country should be sanctioned and forced to make change.
These people built SA and their reward is being treated less than human. That isn't their end goal, either. This is simply a taste of what's to come for White South Africans. They're trying to dehumanize them so it becomes more palatable to do far worse.

We were offered many times the opportunity to bribe our way to a license by pretending that a Black guy runs Starlink SA, but I have refused to do so on principle.
