The site says we have cleared 1 million signatures! I hate being like this, but there's a chance a significant number of them aren't real. That means we have to keep signing in overdrive mode to make up for them! I'll have a video on this later today.

Today's the #StopKillingGames promotion day planned by the volunteers! I encourage people to make a post with that hashtag. I'm just following orders though, it's safe to label me as a boomer in regards to social media.

I think this initiative is the greatest thing ever and if planned for from the start is trivial to do. If it isn't planned for from the start it is certainly not trivial and would be very expensive. (Thus why not retroactive is important)
Our biggest critic posted a video about the ECI. He misunderstands much of what we're doing, but I think he would be against it regardless. I left a comment, but it didn't show up (thanks, YT). Here's a copy of what I posted:

@Rachel_Aaron Hello! I'll strongly recommend: Cradle, and incredibly excellent progression fantasy that may give you ATLA vibes; and Iron Prince (Warformed), a really intense take on the genre that is super light on the stats.
So I've recently become a huge progression fantasy addict but I've only read manhwa. I'd love to read an actual book that scratches the itch.
Can anyone recommend a good progression novel in the vein of SOLO LEVELING? Stats/numbers are fine so long as the story is 👍
@LiveDigitalArt Yeah. Pay off all family and immediate friend debt, buy/gift those people property for them to live in so they don't have to rent. (They can sell it if they want, idc)
Buy myself a principal residence in a city and cabin in the woods somewhere. 🤷 Among other stuff.
@lorsgaming It ended up being very painless. One of them I had a book smacked on. That one just relocated. The next one we used a needle to draw the fluit out every few weeks until it went away. It was painless and I didn't notice any recovery issues. I gained the mobility back in my hand.
So I have 2 ganglion cysts on my wrists that are painful im currently not playing any video games & trying to get a doctor to look at them.
Luckily it's not a big deal to get them treated just need to find a doctor now.
Today we also shared open source CAD of the surface of Framework Laptop 16, enabling development of skins, shells, replacement parts, and other accessories: github.com/FrameworkCompu…
@JayzTwoCents Great news sir. Congratulations on pushing through what sounds like a very dark and frustrating period. Congratulations on your ongoing re-comp!
Health update:
Finally feeling like my old self! After starting several treatments, some old school, some experimental I have been able to feel my energy level return to pre-illness levels. I won't go into what those treatments are but let me say that they are administered by my team of doctors and I really don't want to start any debates but all are FDA approved. But one of them addresses the severe depression I was dealing with including thoughts of "ending it all". Scary stuff.
I never quit going to the gym at 5:45am even during the worst of my condition but obviously during the last 6 months it has been ROUGH! Barely able to move 50% of the weight I used to. But the last few weeks I have been back to where I was pre-anemic diagnosis. I am seeing my fullness return, my skin tones are normal again, breathing is controlled and heart rate is solid and smooth.
In the past 4 weeks alone I have lost 15lbs and a full pant size and I haven't changed anything, proof that it's working. I've always dieted during this sickness and always saw weight gain (side effect of several system effects of thalassemia and severely anemic blood which I have/had) but my sweat levels and workout capacity tell me that I'm back! (I couldn't sweat before, no matter how hard I pushed and water levels were normal) I was 301lbs April 25th and today I am 286. I'll take it!
I am extremely hopeful for the future and know that I will beat this.
I have had plenty of broken bones, ligament tears, and other physical injuries in my sports past but let me say NOTHING compared to my blood disorder.
Anyway, thanks for listening! #GoTeamJay
