@HowertonEye Called on Friday with a question and no one called me back. I was supposed to get an answer from the tech when doctor was finished. This is the third time my questions were ignored. Answering service wouldn't let me speak to a doctor. How do I get help?

At #AMS2023NOLA teaching a workshop on digital marketing. We just had an industry leader talk about the hiring process. Both hard and soft skills are important. Certifications and simulations help prepare students but are second to hands-on projects.

@nuskin Looks ok now. The packaging changed and the juice looked green before I opened it. It would be nice if you trained your support folks to know about these things so they can answer questions. They were uninformed and unhelpful.

@Zahay Hello Debra! We are sorry to hear that you received our G3 in that state! That is correct, our Product Support Department documents these situations as mandated by the FDA. They operate Monday-Friday. Then, our Sales Department will create a replacement for the product.

@nuskin @nuskinna You sent me G3 juice that looks rotten. It is green instead of red. Agent refused to send replacement. Said I have to wait until Monday to talk to another department and there was no supervisor. #servicefailure #disgusting #rottenproduct
