This is inaccurate. While a Middle Eastern genetic component does exist within the Moroccan population, it remains minority. Furthermore, the presence of Middle Eastern DNA does not necessarily imply an Arab origin. It can very well be explained by the Phoenicians, or even by populations predating them, who were not Arab and never identified themselves as such throughout their history.
Moreover, a genetic minority cannot impose its narrative on a majority. Morocco is an Amazigh country ethnically, culturally, historically, and even linguistically.

We are Moroccan, Amazigh, African, North African, Mediterranean, that’s all. It’s our identity, it’s our ethnicity, it’s our blood. Don’t add a political identity invented last century by Arab nationalists and imposed by force. We are from this land, not from the Arabian Peninsula.

@ZaidTNG Our DNA is predominantly Amazigh, haha. It's the self-identified "Arab" Moroccans who take DNA tests and discover they aren't actually Arab, then end up crying about it on social media.
You're Amazigh, just like the vast majority of Moroccans and North Africans. Deal with it.
