PCB confirmed that out of six proposals received, five bidders have been qualified to take part in Multan Sultans auction.
Among them is Ali Tareen, who had earlier relinquished the franchise and later withdrew minutes before the auction for two new teams. He has now re-emerged as a contender to reclaim Multan, adding a dramatic twist to the race for the 8th PSL franchise.

So Pakistan gov has instructed Pakistan team to not play match against India but PCB has not officially informed ICC and if they dont would that mean that India cricket team will have to travel to Sri Lanka and wait for Pakistan in the stadium to be able to get 2 points. Am I right @grok
