How are we supposed to manage our daily lives like this? This is beyond frustrating. Please do a proper investigation and clarify what is actually going on.

Dear Customer,
Load shedding is based on the proportion of feeder losses that are determined during periodic reviews. It considers factors such as electricity theft and non-payment of electricity bills. If feeder losses are reduced, load shedding is also reduced, and vice versa. KE teams are working day in and out to curb electricity theft and improve recovery levels in collaboration with elected representatives and through community engagement initiatives.
Customers can also report theft anonymously by using the KE Live mobile app by selecting 'Speak Up - Report Theft' from the menu, emailing us at speakup@ke.com.pk or directly message us. The customer's identity will be kept confidential.
