@Motawif_SA Application status approved..Alhamdullillah. Have issue with middle name. In passport it is 'H'. I could not enter it as application requires minimum 3 letters (if we enter any). Currently it is showing Firstname LastName and missing 'H'. How can i fix it before VISA is issued?

@Motawif_SA Your stated fair process was to review all applications and conduct a draw for all selected applications. How is that some are selected and able to lock in packages when others are not even reviewed? Is there no draw?

@Motawif_SA @Motawif_SA Rules were not clearly defined and customer support was lacking. Portal is constantly changing (middle name, vaccine) since rollout, leading to confusion. Hope folks who could not receive timely clarification and submitted multiple applications will not be penalized

@HaramainInfo Registration form requires Middle Name as mandatory field. It requires minimum 3 characters. Why? What should we enter if no middle name OR just one letter in middle name? Middle Name is not mandatory in USA and when we select country, form should recognize and make it optional
