It's not hard, the rating you give after a ride is for that But the ratings don't have any effect now Everyone's a 4.7-4.9, probably they disregard low ratings now (like Airbnb does) but who knows Problem is Uber can't find enough drivers to work for them so they can't kick out people easily anymore, so they don't want ratings to go low Meaning bad drivers staying on the app
