I never played any of the previous Onimusha games. I was not a real gamer until COVID hit. @EJCrumbs played many Onimusha games and recommended this one to me and the demo was impressive.
Beast of Reincarnation may be a hit or a miss. So far, what I have seen, I am liking a lot. I can only hope it lives up to the expectations.
I loved the first CONTROL game so I think the second one will be great too.

@UponArrivalGame @EJCrumbs From my understanding the new onimusha is a soft reboot. I think the last game was in the early 2010s or before that. I believe capcom got inspired by souls-like and decided to create their own version of it. The new combat systeem that acts like a counterattack/parry is awesome
