Saw this ad headline running on a major publisher inside @taboola This Taboola headline is doing 4 things at once and most copywriters only see 2 of them: "Why Some People Can Set Six Alarms And Not Hear A Single One" 1️⃣ It's a curiosity gap — you can't NOT want to know the answer 2️⃣ It's identity-safe — "some people" = not YOU, so no shame trigger, no scroll-past 3️⃣ It's hyper-relatable to the 55+ desktop reader at 9am who just did exactly this 4️⃣ It implies a medical/biological reason — which primes the reader for a supplement or sleep product CTA without ever saying "buy anything" The word "Why" is doing the heaviest lifting. It's not "How To Sleep Better." It's not "Fix Your Sleep." It creates a knowledge gap the brain physically needs to close. That's why it gets the click. The best native headlines don't sell. They make not clicking feel uncomfortable.

there are 2 types of skills and modes im working on. 1) bankroll protection 2) risk taking these are two very interesting concepts and most people dont cover the ends of the spectrum and they dont know what the difference is between a heavy swing and also something to hedge your downside im not going to be providing any formulas, but the central logic is that i want to be well versed in both i believe the supreme founder and operator will know the characteristics and the return profiles of each of these paths the goal is to know what youre playing to accept the consequences and to materialise the edge. this is the entire logic that you want to have. there is no perfect answer to risk management or capital allocation, but you should be able to know all of the tricks and the styles in the book so that you can make the most appropriate play for your specific context people are too obsessed with only one form of degenerate gambling and they dont have the vocabulary to change this and to improve their ability to have a wider range of plays your vocabulary determines the total available moves that you can make. you want to know all of the plays and not be a normie fuck just specialising in one “move” you want to be able to know HOW to make moves, how to bet— to gamble in to cut losses and to take damage along the way. you shld know what ur vol looks like sometimes an ugly sharpe is the right call even if it hurts like fuck and it could mean that it damages you significantly. this is the way and the path of the player. ofc there are ways to completely solve it, if those are available take tjem. when you can afford to lose— make sure that you blled for things that are woryh it

I’m in the (un-)fortunate position to be working with clients that DTC Twitter is looking up to and analysing daily but I am not allowed to share the work & results we’re generating for them because of the NDAs we’ve signed... Good or bad?

It appears Singapore is now #1 user of Claude in the world. GIC also led the $30 Billion Series G in Anthropic, by the way. Majulah. Singapura.

Keeping your emotions in check and not freaking out over the day to day performance of your ad account is one of the hardest things to overcome, but one of the best things you can ever do. I know its hard, but stick with 3-7 days. You'll thank yourself later.

This 15-second ad has 450+ duplicates active on Facebook right now… Yes. 15 seconds. Memory loss VSL offer. The hook? “Watch what eggs do to your brain…” That’s it. No crazy editing. No cinematic visuals. No “brand storytelling”. Just pure curiosity. Sometimes you guys overcomplicate direct response ads. If your VSL converts… Your only job is getting as many eyeballs into the funnel as possible. That’s why these guys test EVERYTHING: → Clickbaity videos → Native statics → AI avatars → Weird hooks The ad doesn’t need to sell the product. The VSL does. The ad sells the click. That’s it. 450+ duplicates. I think they understand that pretty well.

i think its a joy to be able to serve others by insuring them of their risk. some of the best stories come from against the gods and while most people think that gambling is all about speculating the aspect of “covering someone’s ass” profitably is probably one of the more rewarding things that you can do in your life. ppl be knockin on banks for their loans, but without em— who’s gna fund your fuck all ideas? been following ur work for awhile and thank you for sharing

If you're a copywriter, study lawyers in your free time. Lawyer's don't hope for you to believe them. They build cases so strong that they remove logical objections completely. That's how copywriting should be. You don't want to hope that your copy converts. You want your copy to be so good that it removes objections completely when people see it. Search "best closing arguments trial" on YouTube. Then go back to your copy and ask What objections am I leaving unanswered? Because every unanswered objection your copy has is a lost sale.
