The gaming industry is not as consumer-protected as some people think. Governments do not care about the industry as it is, current or previous. Companies have realised that and amidst the AI surge decided to push boundaries as far as they can. Max is right.

What Max is alluding to here, is that the current administration has virtually no consumer protections operation whatsoever, and that's by design, to be as business friendly as possible.
There's also the fact that the Supreme Court is extremely corporate friendly.
So there's no legal avenue in the United States to realistically challenge Sony, or any large multibillion dollar firm.
This is all of a result of our current trend in electoral politics. Who we vote into office matters, and there are downstream effects that you wouldn't normally connect that flow out of who controls the American government.
I know a LOT of people have varied opinions on Max Dood, but on this point, he's actually right.

Nearly 28,000 migrants have arrived so far this year, which looks lower than 2024, yet it is basically the same as 2021 and far above pre-crisis levels. The Canary Islands route has collapsed by more than half, but that just means the problem moved elsewhere. Baleares is now drowning in arrivals, with an 84% surge that turned 3,100 into almost 5,900. Ceuta and Melilla are also under pressure, with crossings up 34% overall and Melilla exploding by 286%. The so-called “decline” is really just a shell game, shifting the crisis around while Spain stays stuck at record levels.
