Most Jewish landlords / owners hire a property manager to be a liaison btwn them and the tenants. The man in this video doesn’t have the power to fix the issues being presented to him…that is the job for the landlord/owner. Jewish landlords normally hide their identity and direct contact info! In these cases you HAVE to go to housing court & ask them to help u!!!
I had this issue in Harlem & found the actual owner/landlord & CC’d him on my emails to the property manager 😂😂 the owner got freaked out & set up a personal meeting with me at my house & that’s when he offered me a job & I said “NO”

Most of the slum lords in NYC are Isreali. They buy up these properties, while living abroad. They only hire maintenance people but not property managers, so the properties are never properly maintained, and they don’t pay repairs. You have to take them to court!
