@Laffing_girl I’ve just resigned from designing and editing the local magazine as it was taking up so much time and it’s surprising how arsey people can be sometimes when you’re volunteering your time whilst juggling a family and a full time career

Had two weeks off between jobs and fully intended to sort my life (mainly my house) out. What I did do is eat my body weight in mini-eggs and peruse many a charity shop. It’s been glorious!

Going out-out with work friends for the first time in forever and it’s been so long, I have no idea what I’m doing. Do I still need to take ID out at the great age of 35!? What do people wear?!

@zoebread I had similar at a house a few years ago, I went fully Miss Marple to find evidence that they were falsifying receipts from cleaning companies before tenants moved in. Reported them, challenged with DPS and won. They disappeared shortly after

deep cleaned my flat with my mum before i moved out and they’re trying to charge me £162 for more cleaning >:——/

I keep getting sponsored adverts for a local independent school and at £9700 a term, they’re really barking up the wrong tree.

@Morrighani I completely get this. I’m the same when my partner goes away (he works in events so it’s not unusual) but since covid and having a baby, I get the same ‘on edge’ feeling, even though I know I’ll be fine. You’ve got this 💪🏻

Hey @VolvoCarUK, I ordered a car in Sep last year for delivery in on 28 Jan. Hear nothing from our Marshalls rep so call them a week before we’re due to pickup to be told there’s a delay of a few weeks. Have to chase Marshall again for an update to be told it’s now delayed (1/2)

I’m not saying my son goes to the best nursery but when I picked him up yesterday, he told me he’d fed a carrot to a camel. And he actually had! Turns out there’s a camel called Camile who lives in the village and she likes pint-sized guests. It really was a #happyhumpday 🐫
