@mmckeg @Crisopera1 @DADiClementi Well again I have great respect for that. People often make comments about films they haven’t seen and that’s just goofy to me. Still, I remember I used to be excited to run around trying to see all the Oscar noms before the big night and now…just…nothing inspires me.

Personally I find I’m most interested in people’s opinions about movies (old or contemporary) that they’ve actually seen. I daresay I have a fair knowledge of film history- but I like to see interesting new films also!

It’s not that I don’t take anything seriously, it’s just my mind tends to drift to absurdity. I saw someone tweet, “Politics is the opioid of the masses. It’s tearing us apart.” I didn’t respond cuz I don’t want to sound like I’m mocking but a) I think it was “opiate” and b) ⬇️
