Small Boat Migrants Convicted of Brighton Beach Gang Rape. In a case that has sickened the nation and reignited fury over Britain's broken borders, three asylum seekers who entered the UK on small boats were today found guilty of th gang rape of a vulnerable, intoxicated 33 year old woman on Brighton beach. Ibrahim Alshafe, 25, and Abdulla Ahmadi, 26, both repeatedly raped the woman in the early hours of October 4, 2025, while their accomplice Karin Al-Danasurt, 20, filmed the sickening ordeal on his mobile phone, encouraging the attack. The jury at Hove Crown Court took more than 12 hours to deliver unanimous guilty verdicts after a harrowing trial. Alshafe and Ahmadi were convicted of two counts of rape each. Al-Danasurt was found guilty on all four counts as a secondary party for his active role in egging them on and capturing the footage. The victim had been enjoying a night out with friends in Brighton when she became separated from the group. Staggering alone through the streets, visibly drunk and vulnerable, she was spotted by the gang, all living at the same Home Office-funded hotel for asylum seekers near Horsham, West Sussex. Prosecutors described how the men targeted her in a cynical, predatory attack. They led her to a secluded area behind the beach huts, where the horror unfolded. Court evidence included disturbing videos showing the men laughing, spitting on her, slapping her face, and degrading her while she was too intoxicated and terrified to resist properly. One defendant was even seen posing and sticking his tongue out during the assault. The woman later told friends she had been raped, appearing hysterical with mud and dirt on her legs and a cut on her knee. In the days that followed, she was left too scared to go outside her own home. All three men denied the charges. Al-Danasurt, a failed asylum seeker, claimed he filmed the attack to stop it or "gather evidence for his protection. He even told jurors that rape is sex when questioned about consent. The others alleged consent, with one claiming the woman was enjoying it. Videos saved on phones were kept as sick souvenirs, prosecutors said. All three rapists arrived in Britain illegally via small boats, Ahmadi and Alshafe crossed together on June 19, 2025. Their asylum claims had been rejected, but they remained in the UK while appealing. This appalling crime was not just a random act of perversion. It was the direct and predictable result of a government that has lost control of our borders. Small boat arrivals continue at record levels. Failed asylum seekers are housed in taxpayer-funded hotels, allowed to roam free while their claims drag through endless appeals. Vetting inadequate, removals are rare, and public safety is an secondary. How many more British women will be attacked on our beaches, in our streets, in our towns, before politicians admit this open border policy is a failure? These men should never have been here. Their presence on that beach that night was only possible because of incompetence and a refusal to put British citizens first.
