Gausman has been doing the same thing on every pitch (with runner on) for ten years, been heavily scrutinized, and MLB is fine with it. None of the base umps called a balk, just the home plate ump show - who evidently missed the memo. Schneider is a good man, smart dude and a great leader. @Jomboy_ It wasn’t a balk it was a slide step which if you watch Gausman at all like I do as a Canadian and a jays fan would know he does every once in awhile. Umpire was wrong
