Day 1 of no dairy, no gluten and no seed oils is almost complete. Definitely a drastic change from my normal diet. Not sure how long I’ll last but I’ve been having some stomach/gut issues for a few months so these changes are long overdue. I’ve been doing more research and all I can say is the US food standards are complete crap. FDA and food companies don’t give two shits about us or our health. There are so many nasty ingredients in our foods that are banned in Europe. We all need to start reading labels and stop eating the artificial, processed stuff. Our bodies can’t handle it and eventually it catches up to you. Has anyone else cut out dairy, gluten and/or seed oils? How do you feel 30 days later?

Congrats to everyone with paper hands :) $CELH is up +32% from the lows yesterday morning (premarket) $FOUR is up +16% from the lows earlier today (premarket)

I'll post more thoughts in the next couple days on $ONON -- personally I thought the selloff this morning was a major overreaction and a nice buying opportunity (for long-term investors) so I added to my position from $29.00 down to $27.40 There were a couple hiccups in the quarter around wholesale (Europe & Americas were not as strong as I would have liked) but most of the miss today was related to foreign currency exchange (because $ONON is based in Switzerland so they have to convert most of their revenues back into the Swiss Franc) and cutting off some retailers/wholesalers (b/c they want more DTC business at higher margins -- same as Nike). $ONON lost -$85.5M in Q4 just from currency exchange which turned a good quarter with $40-50M of profits into a bad quarter with $40-50M of losses. $ONON guided to 30% revenue growth for CY2024 and said margins will continue to expand. Nothing wrong with this, essentially inline with consensus. I still believe $ONON is a compelling long-term growth story and my investment thesis looks like fine. Don't forget, currency headwinds are only temporary, eventually they turn into currency tailwinds. Just in case you were worried about my $ONON position this morning, I bought some March & April puts yesterday (0.45% position) which were up 180% this morning. I sold all of them by 9:45am and now that $ONON has bounced ~8% off the morning lows I'm green on my position today (if you include the puts).

Here is my current investment portfolio to close out the week (top 22 positions from largest to smallest): $SMCI $CELH $TMDX $FOUR $UBER $AMD $LNTH $META $MELI $NU $DKNG $ONON $NVDA $TDW $U $SQ $ASPN $TSLA $PLTR $ELF $MTCH $TOST YTD performance: +12.8% Very strange day with $CELH down -12% but $SMCI up +36% $SMCI is now the largest position in my investment portfolio but across all my different accounts $CELH is still 2.5x bigger My top 10 positions are up an average of +8.7% YTD but my largest position (ie $SMCI) is now up +48.9% YTD which is obviously driving a big chunk of my performance I'm still adding alpha with my hedging strategies, for instance I was short $IWM and $ARKK overnight, they both went red to green (which seems to happen everyday now) so I covered my $IWM short/hedge when it bounced off the 50d ema and I covered my $ARKK short/hedge when it bounced off yesterday's lows. Then I got back into both shorts/hedges at 3:55pm to cover me through the weekend. FWIW, out of the +12.8% YTD returns, approximately 1/3 of those returns are from my hedges and other other 2/3 are from my longs/equities with $SMCI accounting for more than 50% of my YTD equity returns. I added to my $CELH position today on the pullback and bought $CELH calls for the first time since last February, right before the stock gapped up on 2023 Q1 earnings and I sold my calls for a 450% gain. I have no idea how long I'll hold these calls, I'm just looking for a bounceback next week then I might start averaging out. I did a few small trims to my $SMCI position today above $400, obviously I still think there's plenty of upside left or it wouldn't be my largest position.

Analyst note on $ONON 👍🏼 and Piper Sandler raising their price target for $CELH 🔥

We're aiming to release Patch 5 this week, which fixes the eternally-active acts of thefts & violence causing slowdowns, introduced in the previous patch. It also fixes Astarion's little kisses, and more!

Thanks for all the feedback today. I spent the past 3 hours looking at 100+ options across a dozen different websites and ended up buying this one from Amazon which is made by Skytech a.co/d/e8nWoni I believe it was the best specs for the best price, I actually got a $220 off coupon on Amazon so the final price was $1899 plus taxes. I toughest decision was deciding whether to go with an Intel i7 / Intel i9 ... or... AMD Ryzen 7 / Ryzen 9 Then I had to decide if I want an Nvidia 4070/4080 card or the AMD Radeon card. I'm certainly no expert in this arena but after some research it went with the Intel i9 and the Nvidia RTX 4070 I also wanted the DDR5 which is 50% better than the DDR4 (I didn't know this until 30 minutes ago). My brain is fried, I'm ready for bed. PS: Part of me knows I should have waited until Black Friday and I might have saved another $150-200 but patience isn't one of my better traits
