@ZeesMMA It was just one judge See. One out of 3 thought she was saved by the bell. I kinda agree. Valentina was saved by the bell (everyone). For real. Saved by the bell.

Round 4 was close, I can see the argument either way. Round 5 was Shev until 90 seconds left when Grasso snatches the back. Felt like she needed a finish there but could've stole the round. 10-8 is impossible, and I advocate for more 10-8s generally. #UFCNoche

@SaucyPicksMMA I agree with you. But the right thing to do isn’t always what we want. I think a draw in a title fight should get a rematch just as a rule, so I can’t pick and choose when to apply it.

@ZeesMMA It’s a good case in terms of closeness of matchup. But as a fan do you really want to watch it again? W fresh title blood like Blanchfield and Fiorot in waiting? And god forbid Val wins the trilogy then you basically have to do a 4th

It really is kinda weird that 3 people write down numbers right after each round and that’s the score set in stone for all time. How many rounds have you rewatched and had different opinion of afterwards?

Judges should be interviewed after fights/events to explain their scoring rationale. I’d also be interested in a system where fighters can appeal decisions that would then be reviewed by a panel of judges. Some fights need to be combed through to be judged accurately.
