8 months ago I bought a Pajero Evolution. Since then it’s been stripped and pieced together 1 rare part at a time. I translated 300 pages of Japanese for goodness sake. Tomorrow it’s finally finished… mechanically, at least. Next stop, the colour and the all important rubber. What a feeling!!! Big thanks to Charles Gates Racing, somehow Charlie still loves it.

@hjwakerley I'd pay for a PDF of that manual, not sure how much but I'd pay but boy it would be a joy to read. I've done a few translations for random things in the other books, but you've caught the big one! Driving that thing without worry will be very very rewarding.

@hjwakerley @CarsOfGMaps Ah, odd that its on 3rd gen wheels. If your spare is 3rd gen then thats the best way to tell. Your's seems to have marks around the window frame, meaning it had visors mounted. I've been able to match a few of these google maps spots with owners in the group, not sure here

@vvhitby @patinaresearch Having owned both, the auto trans is amazing for daily use with occasional fun. Its probably the better option for 90% of buyers. The manual transmission is "always on" and constantly wants to be revved out and thrashed. The car loses most civility, hard to explain.
