🧽 My wife, @bec_berggren, and I started a home cleaning biz out of our garage with $1,000. 18mo later, we’re doing $30k/mo with 8 employees, an office, and a waiting list that’s always full. Here are some things we’ve learned: (I’ll update this thread over time)

@MuditP1 Don't think there are any "great" alternatives. I think MaidCentral is the best option/product, but it's hella expensive relative to BK. Getting ready to migrate to ZenMaid, I think. Inferior product, but relatively cheap & I'm already leveraging GHL so will automate that way.

What are some great alternatives to BK?

@BrettLawrence @ken_cleans @pjmcgeary A good chunk of our users are in the $500k - $1.2M range. But you've got to find your flavor - we get it. Hit us up for a demo if you're on the fence

@ken_cleans @pjmcgeary I'm looking primarily at Maid Central. It's the gold standard. It's also roughly 10x more than BK's base plan. Have heard good things re Launch 27. ZenMaid will work for some providers, but iffy if you're $500K/year or more.

Booking Koala back up and running quickly 🔥 I know yesterday sucked, but I’m still pro BK. Especially if they take this as a learn and grow from it themselves to prevent that happening again, their software is undeniably something I’ll be using as long as I’m in business.
