@pjmcgeary I've worked for a variety of SaaS companies, and one basically had their software buckle overnight (vendors cut ties with them), and had it fully functional within 24 hours.
So, generally not long if you have a good foundation.

@ianncushing Nice! This is why SEO is such a great investment. Usually the initial "push" and small, ongoing adjustments can lead to this. It's a long-term play, but satisfying when it gets going.
Hoping things pick up even more!
English

@AlexLathery Agree to disagree. @ZenMaid is and has been running smoothly. Like butter on a hot pancake
English

Everyone is frustrated with Booking Koala and some looking at alternatives...
But the same technical flaws probably exist or are just as likely in most of the competitors
As much as there are negatives to the bigger companies like Jobber, Service Titan, etc
There's also the upside of support and technical depth
English

@doctor_of_clean Sorry to hear this. Not to try and swoop in and sell anyone, but I lead marketing here at @ZenMaid and we're always around to demo our product if anyone is looking to switch.
We also offer uploads for those who want to keep operations running smoothly.
English

@SABiggy @doctor_of_clean @SABiggy It's not as straightforward and depends on the number of cleaners. Our pricing is just that - to accommodate businesses of all sizes.
English

@demandgenryan @doctor_of_clean correct, it’s working out to be over $600 usd per month for the bigger businesses
English

@MaxArnold99 @JacobWBailey Anywhere from $4 to $24, but I think you knew that. Ha. Happy to dive deeper. Super neat what you're building, too!

To my cleaning brothers and sisters
I feel your pain with Booking Koala
Loading times are too slow
Features are inadequate
Responsiveness is at an all time low
It’s time for a change
I have been building in silence for months
Building the perfect software
A product that isn’t just for scheduling but a product that can do it all
It is called ScheduleDrop and it is almost ready
If you are unhappy with Booking Koala apply for the waitlist below
This will be a fully loaded package
- Unlimited providers
- 3 experience app (Admin, Provider, Customer)
- Messaging/email/call capability (with an actual platform built in)
It also comes with access to my private community ($5000 value) :)

@MuditP1 Come try ZenMaid if you do want to explore other options. I lead marketing here and would be glad to give you my personal email to answer any questions (DM me)
English

@MaxArnold99 @JacobWBailey We charge a base price and then a small monthly fee per additional user.
English

@SABiggy @doctor_of_clean Hey! Ryan from ZenMaid here. No bricks in these woods but since we're talking about prices, I'm clarifying that we went from 2 plans (free and paid at $49 per month) to 3 plans ($19, $39, and $49 per month).
English

@JacobWBailey @MaxArnold99 @JacobWBailey If that's what you gathered from that interaction, please read it again. I assure you that's not what was communicated.
We have 3 tiers of pricing now ($19/mo, $39/mo, and $49/mo), which is more than fair. Let's chat about your situation specifically. Here to help
English

@demandgenryan @MaxArnold99 Homie my bill is going from $250 to $500/mo under your new pricing. I already talked to your support about it and was basically told legacy users dont matter and to suck it up. So we're switching.
English

@demandgenryan @JacobWBailey Seems like you doubled your prices buddy
English

@remotecleanguy I'm a bit biased but I hear @ZenMaid doesn't take vacations
English

@JacobWBailey @MaxArnold99 Hey! Ryan from ZenMaid here. We did not double our prices - we went from 2 plans (free and paid) to 3 paid plans; our lowest starts at $19 per month.
English

@MaxArnold99 Are you launching in less than 30 days? ZenMaid just announced they are doubling pricing in just under 30 days so we’re looking to finally make the move and switch platforms, but hoping to do so before our expenses go up
English

Why did I start @CommonstateAr?
After working at three marketing agencies earlier in my career, I couldn’t shake the thought: “What if I launched one of my own?”
If you’ve ever worked at a service-based business, you know the feeling.
