@pjmcgeary I've worked for a variety of SaaS companies, and one basically had their software buckle overnight (vendors cut ties with them), and had it fully functional within 24 hours. So, generally not long if you have a good foundation.

How long does a tech issue like the one Booking Koala is experiencing take to fully fix? I know nothing about tech, just genuinely curious how long we’ll be down for. Trying to figure out if I should build out separate pricing sheets for our team to be able to give quotes etc

@ianncushing Nice! This is why SEO is such a great investment. Usually the initial "push" and small, ongoing adjustments can lead to this. It's a long-term play, but satisfying when it gets going. Hoping things pick up even more!

30 organic SEO leads for our cleaning business since the start of March & at the same time, it feels slower than usual. Interesting start of the season because of economy (I believe)

Everyone is frustrated with Booking Koala and some looking at alternatives... But the same technical flaws probably exist or are just as likely in most of the competitors As much as there are negatives to the bigger companies like Jobber, Service Titan, etc There's also the upside of support and technical depth

Just lost a customer because the load time on booking koala was so slow trying to find an available spot. Probably a blessing in disguise though if someone is that impatient. This time around thank you for the slow load time Booking Koala 🙏

Man BK is still not fixed this is getting really irritating. Entire calendar not loading, booking form not loading Can't see available cleaners Cleaners telling me they can't log into the app, clock in, clock out, or see details if it let's them in
