DAMN! Lunar Lander! I played this game last century, and I was pretty good at it after a few crashes! The hardest landing was the one on the steep slope.

Congratulations to the Artemis II team on a safe landing! 🚀

@femalebodybuil6 Well that is just hilarious. I've been a better cook, better at washing dishes, and better at doing laundry than 75% of the women I've known or lived with.
Either the general American female population is lacking in these skills, or I should just raise my selection standards.

@DeChristianLife The 1% (OK, maybe 2) % of wife's.
I could be generous and say as high as 5%. But that is it. Nice approach she has, tho. Way nice.

@kchawg987 You knew we'd come rescue you, but ejecting over Baghdad would still be a bad idea as you said in interviews. Way, very bad.
With that prospect & need to not do that you took the manual route home/landed-I always thought of this flight as above and beyond ALL "TOP GUN" hype.

Hard to believe it’s been 23 years… Still grateful for the incredible team who had my back. Appreciate the opportunity to highlight the A-10, our rescue forces, and the training required to operate in these high-stakes, high-risk missions.
America's Newsroom@AmericaNewsroom
HIGH-STAKES RESCUE: @kchawg987 talks about the harrowing rescue of a wounded U.S. airman behind enemy lines -- recalling her own experience 23 years ago, when she narrowly piloted a damaged A-10 over the skies of Baghdad.

And the line of the punch hole strips are called "Hollerith Fields" and yes I know this. I sat for many an hour at a type-punch machine to get my FORTRAN program to work. ONE mis-typed character and you got your stack of cards handed back to you thru the glass window with a printout that read, simply, "SYNTAX ERROR"
And you then went back to figure out what was or were the wrong character(s)

My grandson found this in a textbook we bought at Halfprice Books. He asked me if this is “what library cards looked like”, but I actually don’t know what it might be from. Any clue? There is nothing on the back.
