I haven’t seen a single Persian die in Iran. It’s mostly Kurds who are dying, either in clashes with the IRGC or through executions. It would be better to send each Persian to Iran in exchange for Kurds.

The background here is that back in 2013 there were big plans for the Kurdistan Region to take advantage of tourist opportunities, it was even named a regional center of tourism, etc; its infrastructure was expanding; but then there was the ISIS invasion of Iraq, genocide and the attack on the KRG in August 2014; this has setback the region a decade an the 800 drone and missile attacks by Iran and its militias are another challenge
The Kurdistan Region is a wonderful, welcoming, secure place; its cities and towns are special and each one is different with different geographies as well, and there are the unique sites such as Lalish and Al-Qosh (near the border of the region); Akre, Ranya, Dohuk, Amedi, Erbil’s important old walled city, etc
And new highways and infrastructure are making it all easier
