We've launched a closed test of 3rd party OAuth clients (sign in with Hytale), if you are a developer, server operator or creator that has a use case reply below! We're looking to enroll more folks to gather feedback and more testing of the system before general release.

The new server-side camera sequence API added in the latest #hytale pre-release is sweet! Can't wait to use this, so many use cases.

A few updates are coming to the Hytale account platform, starting with the one a lot of you have been asking for. Gifting launches this week. You'll be able to buy Hytale for your friends, it's one of your most requested feature for the site and it's almost here. We're also adding a brand new cape as a thank you for keeping your account secure. Anyone with authenticator app 2FA enabled will get it automatically when it launches, and if you're already enrolled there's nothing you need to do. Want it but haven't set up 2FA yet? Enable it on the accounts page, and the cape will be ready for you to wear the moment it drops. Finally, Sign in with Hytale is on the way. Soon other apps, services, and platforms will be able to offer your Hytale account as a login option, so the same account you already use can work in more places. Thats not all, even more coming soon that we cant wait to show you!

@CursdBirth @Prowl8413 What hardware do you have? Been trying to track this down with Prowl so more info to try and see what is common would be very useful

@Prowl8413 This has happened to me since launch. I can play full screen for 10 mins, then it tanks my fps to like 15 out of no where, so I just play windowed.

So i have a temporary fix to my Hytale situation. When I play in windowed mode, I get my normal 200+ FPS. When in fullscreen mode, thats when the game fills the graphics card ram and overloads it causing the like 10 fps laggyness. I hate playing in windowed mode, but i'll manage lol

@Slammaaa I've seen a couple reports like this in the past but don't know if we ever managed to get enough information to track down the actual cause. So any extra info you can send would be great. Added you on Discord

waaah 😭 Hytale has stopped working for me. any world i join, singleplayer or multiplayer, the screen visually freezes while the game still runs and interacts (i can hear it) have updated graphics cards, validated version, restarted PC, reset all settings, i dunno what to do!

A few other bug fixes along with this: - /help lists out commands nicely formatted - Command usage now correctly displays - Fixed some --flag parsing edge cases when running commands

Small QoL change in the next pre-release for those running servers: the console now has tab-completion

@EdilanTV This is actually what caused the entity collisions issue in 0.5.5, lol. Some old code was persisting the runtime id

If you work with Fuild ID's in Hytale Water source is now 2 instead of 7 Flowing water is 9 Source of these don't have ID Flowing lava is 12 Flowing poison is 14 Flowing slime is 15 Flowing red slime is 10 Flowing tar is 11 (First flowing doesn't have ID) #Hytale #HytaleModding
