I hope they give Ned *something* in the next movie that isn't a joke or Spider-Man related. The character is charming in this flick, but it's especially because of Jacob Batalon's comedic charisma. Give him a job he cares for and/or a relationship that's not just comedy relief!

I expected Eman Esfandi to have more scenes in the film as MJ's boyfriend and maybe interact with Peter.
They barely take a moment to reveal his name when he appears.

The larger MCU finally acknowledging Kingpin in a film after Born Again S2 featured the Avengers tower is an unexpected follow up.
