When nobody wakes you up in the morning, and when nobody waits for you at night, and you can do whatever you want , what do you call it, freedom or loneliness?

🇮🇱 The IDF is blasting Britney Spears' "Oops I Did It Again" over the radio at the Gaza flotilla. Activists on board claim it's being used to jam their mayday frequencies, blocking calls for help. Psychological warfare has never been this on the nose.

🇮🇱🇵🇸 The Israeli Navy has begun to intercept Gaza Flotilla vessels in international waters west of Cyprus. Funny how Israel slams Iran for illegally controlling international waters in the Strait of Hormuz: one rule for me, another for thee

ANOTHER ASSASSINATION ATTEMPT President Trump attended the White House Correspondents' Association Dinner but was swiftly moved out by the secret service. A 31 year old teacher from California by the name of Cole Tomas Allen decided he was going to assassinate the president. Cole was a registered attendee at the Correspondents' Dinner, which makes you think, how many 'security lapses' can there be when it comes to President Trump? Why so many? Cole managed to assault a federal officer and shoot another who was saved due to him wearing a bullet proof vest. Cole is now in custody.

🚨🇺🇸🇮🇷 Vietnam cost $168 billion over 10 years. That's roughly $17 billion a year. The U.S. is currently burning through an estimated $300 million per day in this operation. Tomahawk missiles at $2 million each. F-35 sorties at $35,000 per flight hour. Carrier strike group deployment costs that don't stop when the shooting pauses. Iron Dome and THAAD intercepts at up to $3 million per shot, fired at drones that cost Iran $20,000 to build. At that burn rate, you hit Vietnam's annual war cost in under 3 months. But the money is almost the wrong conversation. What broke Vietnam was the duration, not the invoice. 10 years of body bags on the evening news. 10 years of explaining to the public why the mission wasn't finished yet. 10 years of congressional hearings and protest movements and a draft that made the war personal for every household in America. Iran is not designed to be defeated quickly. It is designed to be expensive, exhausting, and long. Distributed infrastructure. Redundant command structures. Forty years of proxy networks that don't need Tehran's phone to ring to keep fighting. A population that, whatever they think of the regime, has a well-documented history of nationalist consolidation under foreign attack. Vietnam's lesson about will, not money. Whose government loses public support first. Whose economy buckles under sustained war spending first. Whose population decides the cost no longer matches the objective first. Iran is a country of 90 million people with a martyrdom doctrine baked into its state ideology. They have already decided what they're willing to lose. The open question (the Vietnam question, actually) is whether Washington has decided the same thing. Because wars don't end when one side runs out of targets. They end when one side runs out of reasons. US-Debt-Clock, Investopedia

🇮🇷 Iranian FM Abbas Araghchi told CBS News that Iran’s nuclear facilities are now buried deep under rubble. He said Tehran has no plans for now to retrieve enriched nuclear material, adding that any future effort would take place under the supervision of the “agency,” likely referring to the IAEA. 🇺🇸 Professori Jiang predicted Trump would win the election and start a war with Iran. Now, he predicts the US will lose the Iran War. Why? Iran's 20-yr prep for attrition (hitting GCC energy, blocking Hormuz, targeting desalination) will crash global economy, burst AI bubble, and deplete US munitions. Expensive US tech vs cheap Iranian drones = asymmetry puncturing American hegemony. Makes sense if Iran continues to play the long game on economy while US spends trillions.
