This Supreme Court ruling is pure, unadulterated bullshit...a 6-3 betrayal penned by that spineless turncoat John Roberts, hiding behind the "major questions doctrine" to gut executive power and hand Congress the keys to trade policy. Article I gives Congress tariff authority? Sure. But Article II vests the President with foreign affairs and national security powers, and unfair trade is a clear national security threat when adversaries dump subsidized garbage to hollow out American industry. IEEPA explicitly lets the President "regulate... importation" in emergencies. Trump declared them...legitimately...and courts deferred for decades until these black-robed cowards decided "tariffs aren't sanctions" because...semantics. This isn't restraint. It's sabotage. Roberts, that eternal swing-vote weasel, just torpedoed $175+ billion in duties, teeing up refunds that will bleed the Treasury and reward every cheating importer who sued. A so-called "conservative" Court just delivered the globalists their biggest win since NAFTA. Trump's not finished. Here's what he does next, with lethal precision: I. Pivot immediately to Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962...explicit national security tariffs, delegated directly to the President, no emergency required. Steel, aluminum, autos, chips...ramp them up. Courts have already upheld 232 authority; this ruling doesn't touch it. II. Double down on Section 301 of the Trade Act of 1974...unfair trade practices. The China tariffs were mostly 301, not IEEPA. Expand those investigations across every offender: EU subsidies, Mexican dumping, Canadian softwood. Unilateral, fast, devastating. III. Force Congress's hand. Republicans control the House and Senate. Ram through targeted tariff authorization bills framed as national security imperatives. Dare the squishes to filibuster or veto. Public rage will be biblical. IV. New emergency declarations under narrower scopes...or alternative statutes if needed. The Court left room; exploit every inch. This is war. The Court just fired a shot. Trump returns fire with interest. America First doesn't bend to nine unelected lawyers in robes. Fuck every one of them who voted yes. 💀⚖️
