Notre Dame’s success this postseason is simple & should be modeled. Niele and her staff is killing it no doubt BUT they have an incredible floor general, leader & a team that loves each other enough to not be denied! Togetherness > Talent! A lot of players talk about ‘expanding their game’ in the offseason—usually meaning more shooting, creative scoop finishes, and dribble moves. That’s great, but many still struggle to keep the ball in front of them on defense. It’s just as important to grow your game in the weight room and improve your ability to defend.

Coaches: hard worker, she moves like a guard, has speed to drive on slower bigs and can score inside.

Coaches: No one shoots it like her. She stays in the gym and she’s automatic from 3.

Coaches: One of the best teammates I’ve had. She works really hard, was a leader for us, and there’s no way we win as many games without her.
