Multiplayer Ranked Play Update: Today, we released a backend matchmaking update that adjusts how we prioritize Rank over Search Times when forming Ranked Play matches for Iridescent / Top 250 players. This adjustment was made as a direct result of player feedback regarding matchmaking and team balancing after our previous posts. We've already observed a noticeable difference in these matches, and are seeing tighter matches for Iridescent competitors. We'll continue to monitor the impact of these changes over the course of the weekend, as well as player feedback. Note: While this change is intended to promote tighter matches for Iridescent / Top 250 players, it is not a guarantee that all matches will be Iridescent-only moving forward. We've been keeping an eye on Multiplayer Ranked Play discussions and we wanted to provide some clarity regarding conversations we've seen popping up around SR losses at higher Ranks. In Black Ops 7, we made it a goal to deliver the definitive Ranked Play experience for players, and that includes ensuring that Ranked Play, and the Top 250 Leaderboard by extension, is a skill-based competitive system and not a "time-played" mode. This means we are directly combating SR inflation by having tighter expectations for players at the highest Ranks. The higher your SR, the more our systems expect you to win, with the highest Ranks and the Top 250 Leaderboard expecting win rates in the 75%+ range. Losses well above the 10k SR threshold will hurt, ensuring that players sitting high in the Top 250 are those who've demonstrated consistently high win percentages over a large number of matches during the Season. We’re watching, reading, and listening to your feedback regarding Ranked Play and the SR system. Our goal is, as always, to make sure the best players rise to the top doing what they do best: winning with competitive integrity.

They have let the WRs/DBs hand fight all game and then you randomly call it in OT with the game on the line. Based off the PIs that were called at the end of the game, the deep shot to cooks in OT should’ve been called.

Based on merit, if you’re taking 3 guys out of the lineup for Dach, Laine and Evans, it should probably be Gallagher, Bolduc and Danault. I know most won’t agree with Danault, but all he’s brought so far is faceoffs and penalty killing. 2 things Evans excels at.
