Brad Treliving is a great man. He did not have success in Toronto. Toronto would be wise to do an extensive GM search, perhaps hire a firm to advise the search. We’ve seen agent (Zito, Hughes) have success. That’s probably a route worth exploring.

One of the people I would be keen to see part of the process is Mike Gillis. Not going to love a Doug Armstrong, Marc Bergevin, old school hockey hire. Would love to see Judd Brackett get a look at AGM if Leafs make changes there, too. Keep Pridham, though.
