@runaway_vol We have perfectly good flour in the US though: of all the holdbacks that can’t realistically be it…? We even have companies that try to recreate Euro specific blends (like King Arthur)
Not to mention it is not that hard to grind your own if you want weird stuff like rye flakes

@occamsexacto @mountainwesttax I think there’s an inherent contradiction and classist effect in saying “how can this service cost $2000??!” and simultaneously saying “I would never provide that service for less than $2000”
Suggesting that this stems from concern for low earners sees like concern trolling.

If you're a lawyer thinking of applying for a DOJ job you need to:
1: Write down your "red lines." Such as, assist with cases to seize ballot boxes or mail-in ballots, incarcerate peaceful protestors, etc.
2: Don't apply. A job where you need to do Step 1 is a bad job.

@Jordan_W_Taylor Small Chunks of hardwood are ideal. If you store in a mesh bucket next to coal stove they’ll be super dry and you can almost light w a match.
Never tried it but I suspect there are also probably specialized (gas? Electric?) lighting options. Charcoal may also work.

OK, I have a ton of anthracite now and I get that in theory it's amazing... but how on earth do you dependably light the bloody stuff in a stove? I've tried it four days on the trot, got it right by sheer chance on day 1 and massively failed every day since.
What's the trick?

Arguably one huge benefit is that it would probably take the craziest cost-cutters off the regular airlines while still allowing them to access air travel.
The obvious downside is that govt airlines would be like “Spirit, crossed with NYC subways.”
