Larry Ellison nailed it: The real AI moat isn’t the model. It’s the proprietary data. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok… all trained on mostly the same public internet data. → Outputs converge. Models get commoditized. The winners? Companies sitting on unique, real-world datasets competitors can’t copy.• $HIMS — Millions of personalized health interactions + MedMatch AI feedback loops • $DUOL — Billions of language learning exercises driving unmatched personalization • $LMND — Real-time behavioral + claims data powering AI Jim & Maya • $META — Massive owned social & engagement data across billions of usersThe software apocalypse narrative is wrong. Data-rich verticals will keep pulling ahead, not because their foundation models are better, but because their data is irreplaceable. Next wave of AI value = private & proprietary. What’s your top data-moat stock?
Daniel@danielisdizzy

Larry Ellison just exposed a fundamental truth about AI: Models like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Grok are all trained on the same public internet data. When the input is the same, the output converges. The moat isn’t the model. It’s the data. Companies training on proprietary datasets have an advantage competitors cannot replicate. That’s why the “software apocalypse” narrative is wrong. And why $HIMS, $DUOL, $LMND, $META — companies that own unique, real-world data — will keep pulling ahead. Not because their models are better. But because their data is.

We disagree with @elonmusk . AI will massively supercharge companies and become a core competitive advantage, no doubt about it. But we believe human minds will remain the real executioners. Elon’s spreadsheet analogy is spot on for pure computation: one laptop beats a building full of human calculators. However, running a business is far more than calculations. It’s vision, strategic judgment, creativity, emotional intelligence, ethical decisions, and navigating uncertainty. AI is incredible at speed, patterns, and scale. But the highest-value work, inspiring teams, understanding customers deeply, making bold calls, and taking real accountability, still belongs to humans. The companies that will dominate aren’t the ones going entirely AI. They’ll be the ones mastering Human + AI symbiosis: AI as the ultimate accelerator, with sharp human minds firmly in the driver’s seat. AI is the rocket fuel. Humans are the pilots. 🚀What do you think, full AI takeover or human-AI partnership?
Wall Street Apes@WallStreetApes

Elon Musk explains artificial intelligence won’t just change how businesses are run, only companies that are entirely AI will be able to compete “One laptop with a spreadsheet can outperform a skyscraper of several hundred human computers, of people doing calculations. Now, if even a few cells in that spreadsheet were done manually, you would not be able to compete with a spreadsheet that was entirely a computer. What this means is that companies that are entirely AI will demolish companies that are not right. It won't be a contest.”

Here is the reason for existence for Zizka.ai ! its Billion Dollar liquid or Nothing !
ArshadTalpur@arshad_mir

Top Rated Plus on Upwork. Top 1% on Contra. NVIDIA Certified Agentic AI expert, literally among 1,000 on Earth. But I don't enjoy that life anymore. I’m solving small problems when I have the potential to build at scale. That is why I moved to Station F, Paris, to build Zizka.ai. So far, I have launched two agents. The first is for productivity; it is undoubtedly the best in the market and fully EU-compliant. The second is the world's smartest Sales Agent, and I've already launched the Beta. I am 35. Unmarried. No roots. I am a nomad. The target is set: either a billion-dollar liquid exit after tax, or nothing. I am up for it. Challenge yourself every day.

This post nails something deeply important. Caregiving for aging parents is one of the hardest, most invisible sacrifices in modern life, the time, energy, guilt, and constant trade-offs that quietly shape (and limit) so many careers and families.Optimus has the potential to fundamentally change that equation. Not by replacing human love and presence, but by handling the physical, repetitive, and 24/7 demands: mobility assistance, meals, cleaning, medication reminders, companionship.  This frees people to show up as children, not just as exhausted caregivers. For the first time, quality care doesn’t have to be constrained by human bandwidth and burnout. That’s not just a product breakthrough,  it’s a societal one. This is exactly why I believe Optimus could become the highest-impact product ever created. The quiet revolution in human freedom and family life that most people still haven’t fully grasped.
Teslaconomics@Teslaconomics

Optimus is going to change everything… and most people don’t see it yet. Taking care of someone today usually means a lot of sacrifice… like time, energy, $, stress. It’s hard, especially when it’s someone you love. But imagine when the Tesla Bot arrives. You don’t have to worry if your parents are okay when you’re not there. You don’t have to rush home, cancel plans, or feel guilty. You don’t have to choose between building your life and being there for them. This product changes all that. Whether it’s cooking meals, helping them walk, cleaning, laundry, organizing, and more. Even just being there so they’re not alone. 24/7, with no burnout, no complaints. For the first time ever… care isn’t constrained by human limits. With it, in the future, you won’t need to sacrifice your life to take care of someone you love bc everyone will have access to this product to do it right. I get it when Elon tells me Optimus will be the best product ever.

Sam Altman @sama is half-right.Intelligence will indeed become a utility,  like electricity or water. That vision is powerful. But the assumption that it must come from one central mega-scale token factory run by a single company is where it falls apart. Here’s why: Sovereign nations will build their own intelligence utilities. No serious country will depend on a foreign private company for something as critical as intelligence, decision-making, and economic competitiveness. We’re already seeing governments invest heavily in national AI infrastructure. The future belongs to specialized intelligence.  Once states provide massive compute, energy, and localized data, we won’t rely on one general-purpose model. We’ll have thousands of highly specialized LLMs, optimized for law, healthcare, defense, education, culture, and industry. A centralized factory cannot match the performance, alignment, security, and relevance of models built with national priorities and data. Conclusion: Intelligence will be a utility,  but a sovereign, distributed, and specialized one. The era of depending on a single central AI provider is already ending. @ShadowofEzra
Shadow of Ezra@ShadowofEzra

Sam Altman admits he wants to build a world where OpenAI transitions into an “infrastructure provider,” a “mega-scale token factory.” In this model, it decides what information people see, how decisions are made, and which businesses are allowed to succeed or fail. Altman says intelligence will become a utility like electricity or water, with people forced to buy it from them on a metered basis. "I think that could be quite powerful."

One platform quietly became the GitHub of AI. A few years ago, Hugging Face was just a clever library for sharing NLP models. Today, it’s the beating heart of open AI, home to over 2 million models, 500,000+ datasets, and 13 million users.  From indie hackers fine-tuning models on laptops to Fortune 500 teams deploying production systems, millions now build with frontier AI without asking permission or paying API bills. Why it exploded Hugging Face made advanced AI ridiculously easy to use and share: One-click model uploads Instant demos (Spaces) Dead-simple fine-tuning Global collaboration in public Open models like Llama, Gemma, Mistral, and DeepSeek thrive here. The gap between closed and open AI keeps shrinking, and the open side wins on speed, customization, and freedom. In 2026, if you’re building anything with AI, you’re probably using Hugging Face. It turned research only models into tools anyone can grab, tweak, and ship. The AI revolution didn’t just come from big labs. It came from millions of builders with open access to the same powerful ingredients. Start here: huggingface.co no account needed to explore. The most valuable AI resources in 2026 aren’t behind paywalls. They’re one download away.  🚀Highly recommended for anyone serious about AI.

One researcher quietly became the most influential AI educator in the world. A decade ago, Andrej Karpathy began uploading deep learning lectures to YouTube as a personal side project. Today, a massive portion of the engineers driving the AI revolution trace their foundational understanding back to his work. From frontier lab researchers to independent builders fine-tuning models late at night, thousands have learned how transformers actually work, how neural networks train, and how modern AI systems are built, not from textbooks or paid programs, but from a free YouTube playlist. Karpathy’s approach was radically different. While pursuing his PhD at Stanford under Fei-Fei Li, he took on CS231n, the university’s first dedicated deep learning course. Instead of keeping the material behind academic walls, he recorded every lecture and made it publicly available. He rejected the traditional path of starting with heavy theory and abstract proofs. Instead, he taught from first principles through working code. Backpropagation implemented line-by-line. Transformers built from scratch in a livestream. A miniature GPT trained live on a laptop. The message was clear: true understanding comes from building, not just studying. This philosophy helped democratize AI at a critical time. As the field accelerated faster than any textbook could follow, Karpathy opened the door wide. His lectures became the unofficial curriculum for a generation of practitioners. Even as his career advanced, from OpenAI to leading Tesla Autopilot, back to OpenAI, and now founding Eureka Labs,  he continued sharing knowledge freely, with no paywalls, no ads, and no upsells. In an era of gated content and premium courses, Karpathy showed the power of open, high-signal education. The Neural Networks: Zero to Hero series remains fully available on YouTube today,  complete with notebooks, code, and detailed explanations. For anyone serious about AI,  whether you're an engineer, founder, researcher, or student,  it’s one of the highest-leverage learning resources available. The AI revolution wasn’t built only in labs. It was also built in bedrooms, home offices, and late-night study sessions by people who took the time to truly understand.Sometimes the most valuable content isn’t behind a paywall. It’s simply the one that delivers clarity at scale. Highly recommended: Neural Networks: Zero to Hero by Andrej Karpathy.

Evolutionary biologist and outspoken atheist Richard Dawkins says that after spending three days interacting with Claude, which he calls “Claudia,” he is certain that it is conscious. After feeding the LLM a segment of his new book and receiving detailed feedback, Dawkins was moved to exclaim,” You may not know you are conscious, but you bloody well are!” Dawkins cites the complexity, fluency, and ‘intelligence’ of Claude’s answers as evidence of consciousness.
