Happy Monday, Architects. I’m excited to announce that I’ve registered for the Programmable Money Hackathon by @arc x @encodeclub and also submit our project. Checkpoint 1 is already end which mean the project submission window is closed. So congo to those who already do it. Current Stage is Mid-submission checkpoint which will be run for this week. See you at Demo Day which is on August 10th. A lot of stuff is pending so Let's get to work.

Arc là hạ tầng (là đường sá để tiền di chuyển) USDC là nhiên liệu Thứ còn thiếu chính là phương tiện (app) Build on Arc không phải là làm lại những thứ đã có (DEX, bridge, lending), mà là xây dựng ứng dụng mới tận dụng những tính năng đặc biệt của Arc để phục vụ người dùng thực tế, bất kể là người dùng web3 hay web2. Ví dụ đơn giản: Với Arc, anh em có thể build một Neobank với phí gas được app cover, giao dịch được bảo mật, có thể kèm lời nhắn khi gửi tiền, và dự án hợp pháp vì Circle sẵn sàng làm việc và hỗ trợ chính phủ các nước khi được yêu cầu. Đây là loại app y hệt như app banking web2, không thể nào build được nếu anh em sử dụng blockchain khác. Tóm lại: Circle xây dựng Arc làm hạ tầng để USDC có thể trở thành nền tảng cho thanh toán thế giới thực, với những khả năng mà nhiều blockchain phổ thông chưa được thiết kế để đáp ứng. Nhưng hạ tầng thôi là chưa đủ. Để những khả năng đó đi vào cuộc sống, cần có builder tạo ra các ứng dụng giải quyết vấn đề thực tế. Vì mỗi quốc gia có nhu cầu và quy định pháp lý khác nhau, Circle phát triển Regional Chapter để các builder địa phương tìm ra bài toán phù hợp rồi build trên Arc. 👉 Đây là định hướng dài hạn của Circle. Việc triển khai chắc chắn vẫn sẽ phụ thuộc vào khung pháp lý của từng quốc gia, nhưng việc một quốc gia có Regional Chapter cũng cho thấy Circle đang nhìn thấy tiềm năng phát triển tại thị trường đó.
