@VirginAtlantic Just in case you’re following this.. I’ve been told that I cannot have my money back even though it’s illegal for me to fly as it my still run for USA citizens going home.

@VirginAtlantic I’ve emailed customer service and been in touch with contact centre. I have had credit cards and loans and this is how my loyalty is repaid

@VirginAtlantic I cancelled my flights for a refund as it’s illegal to fly when we had booked. Paid £1741 and got £800 returned. Cannot rebook, cannot have money back. Shame on you. I’m pregnant and been sobbing about all that money that is needed right now.
