This is the issue , y'all only wanna play the latest games to be part of the "conversation" . That's why the no 1 reply to people telling y'all to play the originals is " but I have to finish 10+ games " .

what's extra wild about calling people larpers is that gaming is so ridiculously expensive. re9 is currently $70 USD on steam and even a low end PC is a few hundred USD, same thing with consoles. why is anyone any less of a fan if they've only been able to watch gameplay?

@KungFuMan316 Marvel Rivals is one of the few games popular in the West that features attractive female characters, the male characters look good too. It reminds me of what things were like before the PS4 generation: cool, edgy, sexy characters that were over the top in every possible way.

@DeanGagaKennedy No "crossdressing freak", more censorship, cut content, and a number of other issues. No thanks, I've already learned my lesson with these modern remakes. It's not worth paying for a lame, soulless version of the original game.

@revenant_MMXX I don't get people who say the controls are awkward, or that “you can't play comfortably.” Do they want to pull off fancy moves? Are there enemies like in Elden Ring that require more modern controls to dodge or something? No, It's always the tourists or casual players.

@YoungHelghast If that RE5 remake actually comes out, I'm not going to buy it. If those supposed remakes of Code Veronica or RE0 come out, I won't buy those either. I've learned my lesson, and I won't make the same mistake again.
