I attempted to ship a set of our limited-slip shims to the USA via Canada Post, but our customs form was rejected due to our non-use of an onerous app called Zonos prepay. Just another opportunity to move our products to Amazon. Fuck Mark Carney and his rainbow warrior Liberals.

@Skstormchaser @zonos Thanks for the feedback @Skstormchaser. We're constantly improving the recommendations, so I think you'll find them getting more and more accurate. Also, as @clintreid mentioned, you can always edit the item details if our recommendations seem off.

@zonos your app sucks. How can this literally be the solution to figure out duties on shipping parcels from Canada to the USA. Ran this through the app 4 times and duties were 7.29, 17.50, 35.00, 9.00. I guess just keep uploading till you get a cost you can live with

@zonos your zonosprepay website is exhausting. Nowhere to contact you guys when theres a problem. No instructions on how to find things. And now that I finally finished the absurd steps to fill in the info, got an error msg for paying, but my bank says its "pending". (cont)
