Completely unusable. And no help number or response to emails - So I guess we just can't ship to the US for now at all!

Australian ecommerce businesses — this one’s for you. De minimis is gone. Duties are now required for all shipments to the US. Plus, postal shipments under $800 must have duties collected at origin. - Why did you get that email from Australia Post? - How do you calculate these new costs? - What’s Zonos' role? @zonos Any updates from your end for shipping with Australia post to the US? A lot of us are all signed up with Zonos and ready, but are just waiting on Australia post to resume shipping. It's been a whole week past the 29th and we have next to no updates. Any info would help! 🙏

@zonos The website is very hard to use, with chat sending links to dead ends, multiple dashboards, menus that do not exist. Email team support has the same suggestions as chat. I need help via phone. They are not clear about prepaying a tariff via desktop rather than the app
