@FashionNovaHelp I’ve been trying to reach someone at your customer service regarding an order that should have arrived but I keep receiving the same automated response, with a tracking number that doesn’t work. Can I get an actual human being to assist pls.

@BritishGas Absolutely unacceptable! No final bills received, complaints left unresolved, and repeated promises of callbacks that never happen. How is this considered service? Sort it out! Poor service

@ShoyebJeeva @CEOofHMCTS @HMCTSgovuk Yes I have personally - several times as well. I keep being told to call the number where I’m put on hold for hours after which the call either gets disconnected or I’m told I’ll be contacted by someone. Alas! Peterborough family court - do better.
