I mean yeah, once you hit Masters it can be argued that you've just started to actually learn the game. You really don't know how to do anything even remotely correctly UNTIL you get to Masters. When you get there, you can begin to learn how the game should be played.

I can't believe there's no simple e-ink chess board in market. I've replaced all endless scroll apps with Chess.com. I love the headspace chess (even poorly) puts me in, but I dislike being attached to my phone to do it. A $100 standalone gadget like this would be so nice to have around.

Honestly this is half of all schooling criticism. I've seen people from my highschool complaining about how "they didn't teach us this in school!" And like, yes they absolutely did, you just weren't paying attention.
