Morning @sainsburys Have booked my Christmas delivery slot for Sunday 22nd Dec, but my email is telling me it’s for 22nd October. In app shows I’m booked for Dec, but calls it Oct. Can you help at all? Thanks
Hey @sainsburys just tried to book my Christmas delivery slot. Booked for 23rd Dec, confirmation email says 23 Oct. Went back into app to book again thinking I did it wrong … app says I have a slot on 23 Dec. Is something broken and do I have my slot? Thanks! @SainsburysNews

If you tried to book your @sainsburys Christmas slot today and got an October date on your confirmation, go to the website (not the app) and rebook a new a lot. The social team replied to me with wrong info claiming slots aren’t open yet but I worked it out myself from here🎄🫠
@sainsburys Hey Anisha, the link isn’t very helpful. It sent me around in circles as my delivery, which came five hours ago, is not marked as delivered. The link to speak to a person takes me to a 404 message.

Hey @sainsburys - what’s going on that this is an acceptable delivery? When you’re home alone managing a tiny child and taking a massive weekly shop you don’t have time to inspect everything. It’s so hard to return anything too
@DPDgroup_news my parcel has been over a week delayed. I sent it to my six yr old nephew full of Christmas gifts. No way to contact to get an update on expected delivery date. If anyone actually works in your customer service can they please contact me?

@Freerice hello! The site has been down for us for about 24 hours. We have many Free Rice parties planned where we hope hundreds of people will play the game. Do you have any info on an outage or what might be wrong? We already tried multiple browsers, times, mobile, etc :)
